bedtime ideas

i want to gather together a routine to help get zach off to sleep. unfortunatly he finds the usual things (a bath and a book) very stimulating and so this doesn't work as i want to calm him. i just want 2 or 3 things to help. i thought because he gets tired being pushed around in the buggy i could walk my partner to the bus stop and walk home then he gets fresh air etc and then give him a baby massage aswell but i want other bits too. any ideas would be gratefully recieved xx

i put kiti to bed listening to baby bach (oprah!!) you can get the cd's most places!!! i find it settles her down with her milk and always has!!!
try it hun or a light show?

Also there are special baby massage courses and books you can get to calm him before sleepin!!!! Maybe just laying in the bed singing or another good one i do with callum is i have one of those lullaby things that projects pics on to the ciling while playing lullabys he loves it!!!

Baby massage worked and still does for us....Music also helps... can't think of anything else sorry....good luck...xxx
