As mumof4girls1boy say's it depends what it's for, if it's for period pains then not too hot is fine, if you are pregnant i would take to your MW or Doctor first....xxxx

Think I will take mumof4girls1boy word for it that it is fine in pregnancy if not too hot,seeings she is a midwife..unless of course yea there is pain problems then go and see your GP

i got pains like that when i was in the early stages of pregancy with my kids, with my daughter i got it before i knew i was pregnant and went to the doctors to be told i had swollen glands in my tummy, 2 weeks later i found out i was pregnant obviously the doctor was wrong and my swollen glands were actually megan in the making!!!
