Do/did any of you get bad ligament pains during your pregnancy? It's so hard to find a comfortable position to sleep in and every once in a while it hinders what I can do. Any suggestions? dontknow

How far along are you now USAFmama

I got lots of them types of pains around 6 months mark.

yeah i had a lot of ligament pain with my 4th child i had to go to physio and i wore aspecial belt....... it really helped tho but with my 5th and 6th no ligament pain at all
i think every pregnancy is unique in its own way
