| Its very common in pregnancy for your ribs to be hurting. It could be that the baby is in a funny position, and your organs are getting squeezed, most likely to be your gull bladder. Or, if you have very bad sickness, it could be brusing from vomiting. If your at all worried go see your GP. Hope this helps  | |
