Aiden at school

I went to a parents meeting with Aiden's teacher one afternoon. Its parents evening but they do it in the day now O.o

She said that he is doing really well with his reading. She told me he picked up a new book, never read it b4 and just read it fluently! She was ever so pleased and went and told the other reception teacher how good his reading was.
Then she said he is on top with his numbers, his hand is always up, to the extent that he is standing up lol. She said he has definatly got 'it upstairs and pointed to her head.
Then I was really shocked and amazed when she said, 'Aiden is without a doubt the brightest in the class'!!!!!!!! He has settled into school realy well, i was afraid, (like all mothers) that he wouldnt set in, but he has!!
I couldnt believe it! I sat there in shock. I'm ever so proud of him. I rang his dad as soon as I got out of there, and found myself sitting in the car smiling like crazy.

Just thought I would share that with you ladies, as Im very proud of him, and hope he keeps it up.
