I suffered quite bad in my pregnancy. The midwife just told me to eat small amounts but often. It helped a little, then the sickness just wore itself off. Thank god! As for being tired, just try and rest as much as poss. I was dead tired during my 1st 12 weeks, but then it got easier.

xx

:( There is nothing worse then feeling fragile and having to jugle with children and home life...and also you are working too.

Can you get anyone to give you a break for an hour or 2 from the children,so you can get some rest. Are you feeling depressed?
