Running out of time!!!

Ok so potty training not going very well with Callum he is 2 and a half and likes the idea of potty training but with all the complications its not that easy!!! Well up until recently Callum had probs with consipation so bad he was on med for 8 months and went off eating. The poos were so painful its scared him slightly and even though hes poos are better he still gets concerned about going. Through out the whole "trying" to potty train he refuses to do a poo on the potty i have tried every thing keeping the nappy on rewards u name it but he will only poo standing up and wont tell me before or after he has pooed!!! Some times if i dont smell it he would not tell me.
The next problem is the tight foreskin although he trys hard to pee on the potty its hard as his willy swells up before the pee comes out making it hard to know when its coming out ect and also makes the willy pop up and the pee comes over the top of the potty making him feel disapointed that he has made a mess.
I have not pushed it but the thing is he starts nursery in sept and really needs to be potty trained by then so i am panicing that i will run out of time!!!!!
Any suggestions????????????????PLEASE!!!!!

Don't panic, there is loads of time until September!

I believe it's easier to potty train in the summer anyway... Less clothes, no nappies etc.

Sorry, no spesific advice, I've only just started potty training Efe (on my days off...) so not much experience!

Have you taken him to see the Doctor about his foreskin? Sometimes they can do a small operation to help with that.

Callum had his first poo on the potty this morning please please let us be turning a corner
