hiya not forgot about this site just had a rough week , damaged my knee cap dont know how but went to bed one night woke up unable to bend my leg and could hardly walk , gp says he thinks my knee has dislicated at some point then gone back and left me with fluid on my knee its v painful so have been feeling rather sorry for myself ,hope you are all ok

FEELING SLIGHTLY BETTER TODAY , MY FRIEND GAVE ME SOME PAINKILLERS AND HAVE BEEN HAVING THEM WHEN IT GETS REALLY BAD ,JACK IS BEEING A LITTLE MONSTER TODAY BEEN UP SINCE 3.30 AND KEEPS CRYING WELL SCREEMING OUT NOT REALLY LIKE HIM ,STILL NO TEETH SO MAYBE ITS THAT
