I wasn't sure if anyone posted this yet. I didn't see it anywhere. What do you all think of the mother being a suspect? What a weird twist. I just hope they find her.

I'm probably going to sound really nasty but I had an awful feeling that she may of had something to do with it.

I don't know why I did and i've tried to think that I'm totally wrong and being really stupid.

I don't know what to think. In situations like these you don't want to think they could but you just never know.

I have to say, come on they are both doctors and if something did happen to maddie what wasn't suppost to then as doctors they probably could have saved her, the had to to ivf to get these child so i really don't think they did it......but in saying that it looks more likely that they had something to do with it....(i know it's contridicting what i sayed, but all the news info speaks against the mccanns)...

I do hope maddie is ok...xxx

Oh my god leighanne, I am shocked!

I am unsure what to think at the moment, i can understand why anyone could hurt a child but then you dont know. If they did hurt maddie then yes the other children should be taken from them, it is awful!

I dont understand. if they did hurt little Maddie, why not the other 2 if they were that way inclined?? If they did hurt her then its inevitable that the children will be taken into care. I think theres too much speculation at the moment. Not enough evidence in my eyes to even suggest the parents hurt her.

Why would they bother going through what they have done, travelling to different countries, meeting the pope etc. Just doesnt make sense!!

They both kept going back to check up on her, so gave them opportunity i guess, but as for means and motive...no idea.

and that all the press stuff they were doing seemed very staged ?
i dont know , i think no one could hurt there own child but then it happends all the time
i just hope they are not being used as a scapegoat

Apparently traces of DNA which are a 99% match to Maddie were found in the back of the car that the McCanns have rented. And according to the press they hired this car 3 weeks after Maddie went missing!!!!!

So how did it get there? The police are saying that the McCanns moved her body after killing her accidently!!!!!! The McCanns are saying the evidence must be planted or from cross contamination after the apartment was searched!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what to think.......... I mean the evidence dosn't look good for them but at the same time you don't want to believe that a parent can do that to their own child!!!!!!!!!

If its blood that was found in the car then its very hard to explain how it got there! If its hair or skin then that however could have got 'transported' when they moved their personal things into the car.

I also heard that they had left all the children alone on previous nights out while they were 5 miles away in town.

It isnt looking good for them if i'm honest.

OMG. I didn't hear all this stuff. That is really awful. If you can afford to go out then you can afford a babysitter. If you can't afford both you don't go. I never understand people who do that. My oldest is 12 and she has her CPR certifiaction and has taken her babysitting course and I still only leave her once in a great while to run to the store for 10 minutes. And then my cell phone is in hand the whole time. Maybe an extreme on the other side but I'd rather be this extreme than the other.
I hope the truth comes out. Either way at this point Madeline herself needs closure and if the outcome is grim she needs to be put to rest properly.
