OK...

I used to do yoga but stoped a couple of years ago, and then tried again a couple of times to get into it but never had time etc. In my last pregnancy I did some walking (1/2 hour most days) but this time I've not really been doing much. I have an antenatal yoga DVD, and it really looks easy and safe, and I think now that I'm 12 weeks to slowly get into it again. Do you think it is a good idea? Has anyone else done it?

Thank you xxx

I found a yoga studio that does pregnancy yoga, for mums over 14 weeks, so I'll give them a call and see what they say...
