Cassidy's protein Allergy

Well Cassidy has a Whey protein allergy, which is found in Soy milk and in all the cows milk based formula's i find. If there is Whey protein in Cows milk and she doesn't outgrow that allergy, what the heck is she supposed to drink? If she can't have cows milk or soy milk? Oh lord i don't know. I tried her on Regular cows milk based formula with her hypoallergenic formula and she broke out and found out Whey protein was an ingredient. Why can't they make cows milk based formula without the Whey protein which is found in SOY???

Lord i dunno!

Oh poor cassidy, have you fund a milk that doesn't contain whey?
