hello girls alfie has more teeth coming through its a night mare at the min he wont stop crying he has a sore bum and screams wen i wipe it or dab it its hard changing his nappy what can i do

Take his nappy off put egg white on his bum and let him crawl or walk about with it on till it drys and then wash off works wonders and it's cheap....xxx good luck hun.

I wuld say take nappy off to and put a layer of vasaline to protect it from getting any more sore!!!!
For the teething the teething granuels are great and nuerofen for kids is gd as it numbs and takes down the swelling xxxx

owww poor thing tell you what the best cream i used for sore bottom is metanium cream its great hun and leave him without nappy for short periods aswell xxxx

If you use wetwipe's,then stop using them as it is obviously irritating his skin,even though you can get sensitive one's. Just wash him down with warm water and bath him in just water.no added bath soap's etc. for a while till it calm's down. Cream's will help along with this. If it doesn't,then he will need something like canastine,if i have spelt it right.
